Domestic service:
Time and materials basis, minimum charge 1 hour.
Hourly rate £24.00 per hour.
Chargeable times over 1 hour are charged in increments of 15 minutes or part thereof.
Travelling time from previous job to client’s premises is charged as an integral part of the job.
The first 5 miles travelled is free, thereafter at £2.00 per 5 miles.
Payment is due at the time of job completion
All materials used will remain the property of PC Support-On-Site until payment is received in full.
Business service:

Payment falls due 30 days from invoice date.
Where invoice payment is not received within the designated 30 days PC Support-On-Site reserve the right to charge interest on the outstanding amount at 2 points per annum above the HSBC base lending rate calculated on a daily basis for each day payment is overdue.
All materials used will remain the property of PC Support-On-Site until payment is received in full.

Chargeable times over 2 hours are charged in increments of 15 minutes or part thereof.
Price for projects expected to be over 40 hours duration negotiated for the job.
Payment falls due 30 days from invoice date.
Where invoice payment is not received within the designated 30 days PC Support-On-Site reserve the right to charge interest on the outstanding amount at 2 points per annum above the HSBC base lending rate calculated on a daily basis for each day payment is overdue.
