PC Support-On-Site was established to fill the need for a low cost, reliable on site PC support function for small businesses, home based businesses and domestic users throughout Essex. Our aim is to provide at least a telephone response to any call the same day for any call received between 9 a.m. And 9 p.m. 7 days a week.
Because a significant number of our clients are domestic users having to earn a living during the working week we’re aware it’s not always convenient to visit during normal office hours. With this in mind we are more than happy to visit during the evening and at weekends - for business as well as domestic users. We regard out of hours working as a normal part of our operation and therefore apply no surcharges for this work, bank holidays included. (Except 2 days of Christmas)
